Draft proposal for initial funding for an intellectual property law wiki

 

 

The proposal in summary
 

This proposal seeks initial funding

  • to underwrite the start-up costs of establishing a cooperative wiki that would provide a free, up-to-date and user-friendly cost-free access to legal sources and materials governing intellectual property law,
  • to establish a modus operandi to enable it to be supervised, updated and further developed by a responsible body that is answerable to the wiki’s users and
  • to create and keep under review an attractive and easy-to-handle user interface.
