Logistics of the proposal

• identification of workable terms of reference and modus operandi;
• the choice of appropriate wiki software and checking terms of the licence;
• the fitness of servers for storage and backup purposes;
• the design of the user interface;
• the appointment of a research assistant (on whom see below);
• the provision of instructions and training for interested persons who wish to add or amend materials;
• the uploading of data, beginning with the most accessible and freely available matter such as statutes, UK-IPO decisions and cases;
• establishing a structure for the supervision of the wiki and for the implementation of quality control.
