Management

 
A management committee should be appointed in order to supervise the implementation of the proposal. It is suggested that the committee consist of:
 
  • a senior member of the judiciary
  • a member of the IP bar
  • an IP solicitor
  • a patent attorney
  • a trade mark attorney
  • an information officer
  • a practice support lawyer
  • an academic IP lawyer
  • a representative of the UKIPO
  • a representative of the IPI
  • a representative of BAILII
